Savra Data Recovery – Service Agreement & Liability Waiver

This Agreement is made between Savra Data Recovery LLC ("Savra") and the undersigned client ("Client") regarding data recovery services requested by the Client.


1. Authorization

The Client authorizes Savra to perform data recovery services on the submitted device.

2. Ownership and Consent

The Client certifies they are the legal owner or authorized representative of the submitted device and data. By signing, the Client authorizes Savra to begin recovery and agrees to all terms.

3. No Guarantee of Recovery

Data recovery is not guaranteed. Savra will make best-effort attempts, but full recovery may not be possible.

4. Definition of Successful Recovery

Recovery is deemed successful if 50% or more of the file structure is restored based on system-level data (file names, sizes, types). Recovery is not evaluated based on specific files.

5. Risk of Irreversible Data Loss

Recovery attempts may result in permanent data loss or render the device unusable. Savra is not responsible for such outcomes.

6. Client Communication During Recovery

Savra will notify the Client if damage is detected that may prevent meaningful recovery. Recovery will not proceed without approval.

7. Payment Terms

Verification is provided via folder structure or metadata screenshots. No data previews are shared. Payment is due before data or hardware is returned. Pay Later options may be offered via PayPal, subject to approval.
